LION CONCIERGE PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES STORY
Lion Concierge Physical Therapy Services started as an idea 5 years ago, but the COVID pandemic really set the idea in motion. More and more families were choosing to take their loved ones home after a hospitalization instead of completing their rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility or rehab center. The comfort of home certainly assists with the mental health aspect of recovery, but can be physically challenging for both the person needing the care and the family members providing the care. Getting to and from rehab appointments can be especially challenging and time consuming. Lion Concierge Physical Therapy Services aims to fill that gap. What makes my services unique is my experience and specialization in neuro and post-critical illness rehabilitation with the ability to bring those services to your home.

My name is Taylor M. Leontios, PT, DPT, CSRS
After living and working in Springfield, IL my husband and I moved back to the Peoria area to raise our 3 children closer to family in March of 2021. I grew up in Washington, IL and I am thrilled to be back in the area. My education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree (Major: Biology, Minor: Psychology), graduating from Illinois College in 2011. I then went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Bradley University in 2014. Since then, I have been working in the acute care and Intensive Rehabilitation hospital settings for 10 years specializing in neurological rehabilitation including the following diagnoses: stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and major traumas including burns. Continuing with my education I earned my Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist (CSRS) in 2023. I am PASSIONATE about providing high-quality therapy that progresses every client to THEIR goals.
